To whom it may concern,
I am writing in response to a possible open position as a Front Desk Worker. I believe that I am qualified and experienced from activities within and out of school to be a top candidate for this position.
I am currently a junior at Garnet Valley High school and I would be an excellent candidate for this position. In school, I am part of Interact, Model UN, STEAM and will soon be serving as the Public Relations Officer for the school’s Future Medical & Science Professionals Club. Outside of school, I participate in the Garnet Valley Jaguars Marching Band along with Concert Band. On top of these academic activities and clubs, I have volunteered consistently at my church and local hospital such as the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and will be serving at Nemours A.I DuPont Children’s Hospital this summer. Being part of a variety of clubs and activities has allowed me to become responsible, reliable, well-rounded, sociable and patient as my experiences have challenged me to become the person that I am today.
In this school year of 2017- 2018, I have learned to manage my time and become independent by balancing out my social and academic life. I have been able to learn from my mistakes and be consistent in my actions which has allowed me to gain leadership skills to influence and lead other individuals.
